5 Ways to Protect from Flu
Winter is coming, therefore here it is 5 suggestions about how to protect yourself from Flu (which I found in an article from Holly Perkins B.S., Fitness Expert and Personal Trainer in Los Angeles):
1. Sugar and processed foods impact the immune system.
2. Fresh foods offer the highest quality vitamins.
3. Sleep will boost the immune system.
4. Fatigue is the first sign of a distressed immune system.
5. Wash hands frequently, but avoid antibacterial products.
